In particular, an emergency/evacuation plan is considered an important component of the strategy to plan for any bushfire risk. The consent authority is the local council but only after the RFS has issued a BUSHFIRE SAFETY AUTHORITY.

LOCATION

We were asked to provide Bushfire Hazard Assessments for a unique farmstay in an 1890s train carriage. The carriage is surrounded by gum trees on the 280-acre property.
