Infill Developments

An Infill Development involves new house, alterations and additions in pre-existing subdivisions.

You need a bushfire assessment report if your proposed infill development is located within or near to bushfire prone land.

Harris Environmental prepares these assessments in accordance with the Planning for Bushfire Protection 2006 (PBP) and the Australian Standard 3959 (2009).

The report will address the specific objectives of the PBP for infill and the relevant bushfire protection measures including, Asset Protection Zones (APZ), access, services, water supply, emergency procedures and bushfire attack level AS3959 2009 for the site.
